Coordinating any needs between broadcast partners and talent.
Developing the talent outreach strategy in conjunction with other internal stakeholders across the franchise.
Create talent briefs that make sure talent integration meets strategic and organizational goals.
Maintain talent budgets available for both agency management and for talent promotional services.
Managing agency relationships where you will be expected to negotiate cost, define scope of work, work with legal on papering, and hold the agency accountable for deliverables.
The ideal candidate possesses a love of games, strong project management skills, proven product or game launch history, and knowledge of COD influencers, a deep knowledge of livestream and esports community relations, solid attention to detail and time management skills, as well as great spirit of creative collaboration, and a passion for creative, dynamic environments! In this role you will report to the CDL product director, and you will play a pivotal role in helping to lead strategy, creative, production and relationships. This position will work closely with the mainline Warzone and CODM product, marketing and PR teams to support initiatives throughout the franchise calendar year. Familiarity with Battle Royale is a plus. You should have a comfort with Twitter, Discord, and esports community management while also sharing a passion and excitement for streamers and games. This will include, but is not limited to sourcing and managing streamers, influencers, and various other participants for our tournaments and events. The product coordinator will be responsible for supporting the preparation and execution of Warzone and Call of Duty Mobile competitive products.
